resepi kueh pau ....original dr laman web fp rus via mamafami


500g pau flour
260 ml screwpine leaves juice or coconut water or just plain water< i use coconut water want to make the diffrent taste
2 teaspoons intant dried yeast
50g vegetable shortening or cooking oil <i use shortherning
100 g sugar

Filling :

Curry puff filling
Red bean filling

Method :

1. Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Add in yeast and sugar. On the mixer.
2. Pour lukewarm water a bit at a time until just mixed.
3. Add in the shortening and continue kneading till a soft and smooth dough is formed. Add more water if needed.
4. Make into small balls and leave to prove till double the size.
5. Flatten the doh and place the filling in the middle. Cover the filling with dough.
6. Place on a piece of paper and arrange them on the steamer. Let them prove till double the size.
7. Steam in the prepared steamer for 15 minutes on high heat. Once done, do not open the steamer's lid for at least 10 minutes.

halia.. bawang merah.... bawang putih... lada hitam.. jintan manis... jintan putih.. ketumbar.. daun ketumbarr... rosemary.. mynths... madu.. orange sunquick.. gula.. garammm lada hitam.. ketumbarr.. jintan manis ngan jintan putih kena grind


bawang besar sebiji tomato sebiji2 camca mentega 1 1/2 camca tepung gandum sama jerrr.... kalau nak cendawan.. kurangkan lada hitamm.. masukkan cendawan garam ngan gula sikit. seketul kiub ayam kalau nak pekatkan sikit.. tambah sikit tepung jangung.. tapi sikit jerr... aier 2 cawan. sikit kicap pekat.. sos cili
panaskan mentega.. pastu masukkan tepung gandum.. kacau sampai perangggbila dah perang.. masukkan bawang besar yang dah dipotong dadu.....tunngu sampai naik bau.. pastu masukkan kiub ayamm...masukkan airr.. pastu sos cili...pastu masukkan tomato yang dah dipotong dadu.....masukkan kicap tapi jangan hitam sangat.. sebab bila dah siap dia lagi hitamm. masukkan sikit garam dan gula... last sekali masukkan lada hitam yang dah di blend halusskalau nak mushroom boleh tambah..tapi cendawan tu kena cincang atau slice dulu laaa... gunakan cendawan butangg.. beli jer ryang dalam tin tuuu bila sos tu dah sejuk... blend sekali lagi supaya semua bawang dan tomato tadi hancurr
